Formation of Area Development & Village Development Committee and strengthening the capacity of Area Development Committee as well as Yubak Sangha, Mahila Sangha and other grass root level organization on the process of development through right based approach.

1.	Promoting community health/economic empowerment activities and sustainable agriculture.
2.	Promoting self-reliance and sustainability among the poor.
3.	Enhancing the capacity of the grass root leaders to Ana lays critical issues like Environment & Ecological, Imbalance, Food Insecurity, Drugs, AIDS, Disaster and plan appropriate steps to solve them.
4.	Enhance the capacity of the poor household to improve agriculture animal husbandry.
5.	Encouraging people to organize themselves into cooperative and to facilitate marketing of local produces.
6.	Enhancing people’s capacity on resource mobilization.
7.	To promote Gender sensitization among the people VDC, Mahila Sangha and other likeminded organization
8.	To promote and strengthen the capacity of Community Based Organizations towards advocacy and lobbying on prevailing issues through networking in collaboration with likeminded organization for the rights of the poor.
9.	To respond human sufferings and distresses caused by manmade and natural calamities and integrate emergency relief and rehabilitations and promote people’s capacity for disaster mitigation.
